  2. 1.The deflection tester is a precise testing instrument. The operator must master the operation skills of the instrument, maintain it carefully, and assign a special person to use it.

 

  1. 2.The deflection tester must always keep the equipment in good condition. The installation of the equipment should be balanced and reliable. The guide surface should be smooth and free of bumps. The coaxiality tolerance of the two centers should be within the range of L = 400mm. The coaxiality tolerance of a and B directions should be less than 0.02mm.

 

  1. 3.Before the workpiece inspection, check the accuracy of the deflector with L = 400mm inspection rod and dial indicator, and use it only after it is qualified.

 

4, When detecting the workpiece, it should be handled with care. No tool or workpiece is allowed to be placed on the guide surface.

 

5, After the completion of workpiece inspection, the instrument shall be maintained immediately. The guide rail and top sleeve shall be oiled to prevent rust, and the surrounding environment shall be kept clean.

 

6, A specially assigned person shall be assigned to inspect the accuracy of the deflector at the end of each month to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and record the actual measurement.
